Cougar swimming and diving practice underway
For Immediate Release: October 10, 2007 Morris, MN – The University of Minnesota, Morris swimming and diving teams began practice for the 2007-2008 season ...

Head Coach Dave Molesworth said, “I am very excited about the team this year. We have a larger team as far as numbers, as well as having some good talent and great potential coming into the team. That should mesh well with the returning core of athletes from last year’s team.”

Molesworth added, “I am looking forward to watching this team compete throughout the season with other teams as well as pushing each other in practices.”

The Cougars will have their Alumni/Intra squad meet on Friday, October 26th beginning at 6:00 at the UMM pool and the relay meet on Saturday, October 27th.

The season really begins with the tri-angular meet at the College of St. Catherine hosted by Augsburg College. The meet begins at 1:00.

The first regular home meet of the season will be a dual with Northern State University on Friday, November 16th at the UMM pool beginning at 6:00 p.m.
