Three University of Connecticut divers took part in the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships at the University at Buffalo from Friday through Sunday.

Junior Liza Mariani (Cherry Hill, N.J.) advanced to the finals of both the one-meter and three-meter events. She finished sixth in the one-meter with a score of 520.15 and tenth in the three-meter with a score of 501.85.

Senior Allison Coleman (New Canaan, Conn.) advanced to the finals of the one-meter and finished 14th with a score of 452.65.

Sophomore Stephen Ferreira (Madison, Conn.) advanced to the finals of the one-meter event and finished 15th with a score of 527.75. He also finished 28th in the three-meter dive.
