Smithfield's Justin Wilcock has been invited to the selection camp that USA Diving will use to determine the divers who will compete next month at the FINA World Cup -- a qualifying event for the 2008 Beijing Olympics in China.

A 2004 Olympian, Wilcock is among 32 divers who were invited to the camp in Columbus, Ohio

The camp is scheduled to run from Sunday through Jan. 24, with the World Cup scheduled for Feb. 19-24 in Beijing.

The Americans are aiming to qualify for more starting spots at the Olympics with their performances at the World Cup, though the specific divers who ultimately will fill those spots will be determined at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in June.
