Come and experience Vatulele !! Meet our new managers, Nick & Christine Juett, whilst savouring the dining delights of our new Executive Chef, Garth Welsh.
We are welcoming our industry colleagues to Vatulele as an escape to relax & rejuvenate either before or after the festive season.
Vatulele Island Resort is located on a spectacular island of the same name, in the Fiji group at the heart of the South Pacific. Only a 25-minute light aircraft flight from Nadi International Airport, which is six hours south-west of Hawaii and four hours north-east of Sydney.
Set back from a stunning stretch of white sand beach, the accommodation bures open to an expansive terrace. They offer an internal sitting area, king-size bed and a dressing area off the bathroom. At either end of the resort’s beach are oversized villas, the largest being The Point, which is spread over two floors and provides a commanding view of the entire beach and lagoon. It offers two private pools and fulltime butler service. The Grand Bure sits at the other end of the beach and is the most remote. With extreme privacy, plus a deck and beach access surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage, this is an ideal retreat.
In the welcoming warm weather, dining is on the terrace of the large central pavilion overlooking the lagoon. By night, tables are set beneath the stars and lit with lanterns and candlelight. Fresh ingredients are sourced from the resort’s own gardens and an emphasis is on seafood from the Fijian waters. Enjoy private dining in your own bure, on the beach or even in the wine cellar.
The quality of scuba diving sites at Vatulele has been one of the South Pacific’s well-kept secrets for many years. Vatulele is the only five-star island resort with a PADI Golden Palm dive facility.
